What is the time committment for participation?

All Program Participants
All program participants, whether adopters or advocates, must:
- attend a Zoom or in-person orientation
- complete an online training in Canvas
- Getting Started & Modules 1-5
- Quizzes, short assignments, and a few discussions
- Runs Friday, September 23-Sunday, October 23
- Getting Started & Modules 1-5
Adopters
Adopters must also complete the Adopter module.
Assignments
- Syllabus assignment
- Faculty Survey assignment
- Student Survey assignment
Due Dates
- Due dates vary based on when participants plan to teach their ZTC/OER course for the first time (Spring 2023, Summer 2023, or Fall 2023)
Advocates
Adopters must also complete the Advocate module.

- Mentor Log assignment
- Professional Development Presentation assignment
- Faculty Survey assignment
- Student Survey assignment
Due Dates
- Mentor log and presentation write-up are due on Friday, December 16
- Surveys will be administered when participants next teach their ZTC/OER course (Fall 2022, Spring 2023, Summer 2023, or Fall 2023)
